How do I log in to the app and website?

Here's how to log in for the first time via the MyTango app:

1. Open your MyTango app 
2. Click on ‘Register’: enter your mobile number and click on ‘Next’

3. Choose how you would like to receive your validation code (by text message or email)

4. Enter the temporary password you received (by text message or email)

5. Set your new password: choose your password and click on ‘Finish’

💡 Good to know: Apple’s password manager lets you securely store your MyTango login details. This makes it easier to log back into the app, even after you’ve changed or reset your iPhone.

Here is how to log in for the first time on the tango.lu website:

1. Go to the home page: Go to the tango.lu website home page.
2. Click on ‘MyTango’: Click on the ‘MyTango’ login button.

3. Click on ‘New user? Register here’: enter your mobile number and click on ‘Register’.

4. You will be redirected to a new web page.
5. Enter the temporary password you received (by email or text message).
6. Set your new password: choose your password and click on ‘Save’.

For future logins, simply enter the username and password you have set up to access your MyTango account.
