Choose the main line of your MyTango account

If your Tango account contains multiple lines, you must define a main line to access all the features of your MyTango customer area.


The main line generally corresponds to the person responsible for paying the invoices.

 

How to choose or change the main line?

Follow the steps below to select the main line of your account.

 

Log in to your customer area :

Go to My.Tango.lu and log in using your credentials:

  • Your landline or mobile number
  • Your MyTango password

First login?

  • Please refer to the dedicated help article for step-by-step guidance.

Forgot your password?

  • Click on “Forgot password”
  • A new password will be sent to you by email, SMS or post

 

Select the main line :

  1. Click on the “Select” button in the section Select the main line of the account
  2. A window will open displaying the list of your numbers
  3. Choose the line you want to set as the main line

 

⚠️ Confirmation of your choice :

Once you validate your selection, a confirmation code will be sent according to your preferred delivery method (email or post).

 

Change your main line :

Would you like to change the main line?

The procedure is exactly the same as for the first selection:

  1. Log in to My.Tango.lu
  2. Go to the line management section
  3. Select a new main line

 

Good to know :

To enjoy all features more easily, you can also manage your account directly from the MyTango app.

With the application, you can for example:

  • Manage your lines
  • Track your usage
  • View your invoices
  • Complete administrative actions online
