🏠 Moving in Luxembourg:
To avoid service interruption, complete your steps in advance.
It is recommended to inform at least 15 days before moving.
📱 Mobile service:
It's never been easier! Save time by updating your address directly through our MyTango app.
- Download the app if you haven't yet: Download MyTango App
- Log in to your account
- Go to the Requests → Change postal address section
- Update your information and save the changes
🌐 Internet and TV service:
First of all, check the eligibility of your future home for the Tango network.
- Select the subscription that suits your usage and consumption
- Log in to our secure site
- Select 1 installation date according to your availability and that of our technicians
💡 You will receive a summary of your order by email and your contract will follow within 24 hours. Don’t forget that your new address is eligible for any current deals.
💳 Costs associated with your move in Luxembourg:
- If you move within Luxembourg and stay with Tango, an administrative fee of €49 applies.
- If you want to terminate your Tango subscription, you’ll need to cancel your service.
🌍 Moving abroad:
If you’re moving abroad, you can transfer your mobile, Internet or TV services. Transferring your services will allow you to avoid termination charges. You can transfer them to someone you know or to the next resident of your home.
📱 Mobile service:
Costs associated with moving abroad for your mobile service.
- If you're moving abroad and wish to keep your number and mobile line:
- Log in to the MyTango app
- Go to Requests → Change postal addres
- Enter your new address, even if it’s abroad, and save

- If you don’t want to keep your number:
- If you’re no longer under contract: No cancellation fee
- If you’re still under contract:
- The remaining months of your contract
- The remaining months of your My New Mobile option (to finance your phone)
🌐 Internet and TV service:
Costs associated with moving abroad for your Internet and TV service:

Option 1: Transfer your service
Transferring your service means you avoid all the costs. -
Option 2: If you don’t transfer your service, then you need to cancel it (go to our contact page to fill in the contact form → Termination → Internet termination: Moving or other)
- If you’re no longer under contract: No cancellation fee.
- If you’re still under contract:
- €79 administration fee
- The remaining months of your contract. Reimbursement of installation costs if you’ve benefited from a special deal.
♻️ Equipment return
Return your equipment (e.g. FRITZ!Box) to a Tango store
