Follow these steps to switch smoothly and avoid service interruption.
1️⃣Choose the Internet offer adapted to your needs:
Find out all about our offers and check the eligibility of your address on the Tango website.
When you have made your choice, subscribe directly online to save time, or meet with one of our advisors by phone at 800 777 77 or in a point of sale. An appointment with one of our technicians may be necessary for the installation and activation of your new Tango offer.
You can also choose whether or not to keep your current landline number.
2️⃣Request the cancellation of your current offer:
Tango does not take care of the cancellation of your Internet/TV offer with your current operator.
To make your life easier, we have gathered below all the information and advice to make your request:
- Make sure the minimum commitment period with your current operator has expired. Depending on the case, you will be billed for the remaining months of your subscription until the end of your contract
- To make sure the change of operator takes place without any service interruption, your termination date with your current operator must coincide with the installation date of your Tango offer. Remember to clearly mention this date in your letter or e-mail requesting the cancellation. The installation can only take place if your contract with your (former) operator is terminated
- We provide you with a cancellation letter template that you can simply print and complete, then send to your current operator by mail or e-mail
