You can transfer your subscription to another person by signing a contract for transfer, assignment or change of account holder (CDT).
For all transfer requests, please complete this form and attach the following documents:
- Copy of the current account holder's identity document
- Copy of the new holder's identity document
If the new holder is not a Tango customer:
- Copy of the new holder's proof of residence (gas bill, electricity bill, certificate of residence)
If the transfer is for a company:
- Proof of mandate or legal representative status
- Copy of the new holder's company articles of association

Your request will be processed within 15 days of receiving your complete file.
In all cases, the transfer will only become effective once the file has been processed and the transfer date will be confirmed by letter to the current account holder and the new account holder.
