Managing problems related to VOD, Apple TV 4K or MyTangoTV Plus

🎬 VOD unavailable or removed

If a VOD (on demand video) is no longer available, it may be related to its validity period.

👉 Check the rental or purchase duration : once expired, the content is no longer accessible

 

📺 Error code P18 – Cannot watch live TV

If you see error code P18, it means there is an issue accessing live content.

What to do:

  • Restart your Apple TV 4K
  • Check your Internet connection

 

📅 Programs unavailable (greyed out / black)

Some programs may appear greyed out or black in the TV guide.

👉 This is due to broadcasting rights set by channels : these programs cannot be replayed

 

🔐 MyTangoTV Plus login issue

If you cannot log in, check:

  • Your username (main line number)
  • Your password (case sensitive)

💡 Tip: display the password to avoid typing errors.

 

📱 MyTangoTV Plus app not working

If the app is not working properly, try the following:

  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
  • Check for updates
