The key stages of installing your fiber package

Here we set out all the key stages of your fiber installation, from signing your contract to installation by the technician.

1. My contract

I will receive my contract by email, mail or handed over directly by the seller.

2. Preparing my installation

I will receive an email setting out the points to be checked in order to be ready for the day of installation.

3. Confirming my appointment with Tango

I will be contacted by phone or email to confirm my appointment date.

4. Contact with my technician

At 8 p.m. on the day before my installation, I will receive a link by SMS with the identity of my technician, enabling me to communicate with him and track his arrival on the day of installation.

5. The day my fiber package is installed

The technician will explain to me the work he is about to carry out and tell me about any possible issues. At the end of the installation, he will perform WiFi measurements to ensure optimal installation. I will then receive the installation report.

6. Using the service

I can surf the Internet and use my services. I can download the My Tango WiFi app to manage my WiFi network.
