Before activating a pack, make sure your prepaid card has sufficient credit.

You can activate your pack in two ways:

Via the MyTango App

1. Open the MyTango App
2. Go to Offers & Options
3. Select the desired Prepaid Pack
4. Activate your pack

By SMS

Send:

• PACK S to 62000
• PACK M to 62000
• PACK L to 62000

🔋 How do I top up my prepaid card?

You can recharge your credit:

• Online
• At a Tango store
• Through our partners (Cactus, K Kiosk, Delhaize, Cora, Smatch, Shell and Aral service stations, etc.)

❌ How do I deactivate my Prepaid Pack?

No longer wish to renew your pack?

From the MyTango App:

1. Go to Offers & Options.
2. Select your active Prepaid Pack.
3. Deactivate it.

🔄 Is there a commitment period?

Yes. Prepaid Packs are subject to a one-month commitment period.

🪫 What happens if my credit is insufficient?

Your pack can only be activated if you have enough credit available on your prepaid card. Make sure to top up your card before activation.
