Whether you are under contract or not, you can change your mobile phone whenever you wish. However, if you are still within your commitment period, we recommend waiting until the end of your contract to avoid any additional termination fees. If you still wish to change your phone before the end of your commitment period, simply visit one of our Tango stores.

Great! You've decided to get a new phone and there are plenty of models to choose from. You can browse and compare the available devices on our website by clicking here, or visit one of our stores to receive advice from our teams.
✅ Back up your mobile data
Before changing your phone, remember to back up your data using the manufacturer's backup software for your device. This will help you transfer your contacts, photos, messages, and other important information to your new smartphone.
