Step 1: Choose your subscription

To choose your mobile plan, click here and select the offer that best suits your needs.

Activate the "With smartphone" option to discover the devices available with your subscription.

Step 2: Choose whether you are a new customer or an existing customer

1. I am already a Tango customer

After selecting your subscription, choose one of the following options:

Subscribe to a new line

You will be able to:

• Choose whether or not to keep your current phone number
• Select a SIM card or an eSIM
• Review your personal information
• Confirm your delivery address
• Finalize your order and proceed with payment

Modify an existing subscription

You will need to:

• Select the mobile number concerned
• Choose a SIM card or an eSIM if required
• Review your personal information
• Confirm the delivery address
• Finalize your order and proceed with payment

2. I am a new Tango customer or a prepaid customer

Before starting your order, make sure you have the following:

Required documents and information

• Your LuxTrust credentials
• Your identity card or passport
• A Luxembourgish IBAN bank account
• A delivery address in Luxembourg (if you are ordering a smartphone)

How do I subscribe?

1. Choose your subscription.
2. Indicate whether you would like to keep your current phone number.
3. Select a SIM card or an eSIM.
4. Complete the online identification process.
5. Review your personal information.
6. Confirm the delivery address.
7. Review the order summary and proceed with payment.

Step 3: What happens after my order?

Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email containing important information about your subscription and the next steps.
