🌍 Are you having trouble connecting to the internet whilst abroad?
If network coverage is poor or you’re unable to use your mobile services, you can manually select another available network operator.
📱 On Apple devices:
- Open Settings
- Select Mobile Data
- Tap Network Selection
- Turn off the Automatic option
- Wait while the device searches for available networks
- Select a different network operator from the list
📱 On Android:
- Open Settings
- Select Connections or Mobile Networks
- Tap Network operators
- Turn off automatic selection
- Wait for available networks to appear
- Choose another operator
⚠️ If no network is available :
Check that:
- Airplane mode is turned off
- Data roaming is enabled
- Your line is active
- Your destination is covered by Tango roaming services
💡 Good to know:
- Changing network operators does not incur any additional charges
- Any charges depend solely on your destination and your mobile plan; for more information on rates, click here
- Once you return to Luxembourg, your phone will automatically reconnect to the Tango network
