✈️ Travelling within Europe?

Good news! With your Tango subscription, your calls, SMS, and mobile data are included throughout Europe.

You can use your mobile phone just as you would in Luxembourg, with no additional charges.

🗺️ Travelling outside Europe?

Communications outside Europe can generate significant charges. To manage your usage, we recommend using the tools available in the MyTango App.

Set a spending limit (Data Roaming Control)

1. Open the MyTango App
2. In the "Services" section, select "Manage your mobile data usage abroad"
3. Choose a spending limit in euros (the default limit is €50)
4. Once this limit is reached, your mobile data sessions will be automatically blocked

Important: This limit is reset every month and automatically returns to the default amount of €50.

💡 Tip: To avoid charges caused by automatic updates, turn off your mobile data before arriving at your destination.

Estimate your roaming costs

1. Open the MyTango App
2. In the "Services" section, select "Manage your mobile data usage abroad"
3. Click the "Estimate now" button at the bottom of the page
4. You will be redirected to roaming.tango.lu
5. Enter your destination and view an estimate of your communication costs

Choose the right travel option

Tango offers several international options to help reduce your costs:

• Voyager World Data
• Voyager World Plus
• Voyager World Daily
• Blocked Plan
• Blocked Plan+

These options are available directly in the MyTango App under "Offers & Options".

Take your reading with you

With the Digital Press service, you can access your newspapers and magazines from anywhere in the world.

1. Open the MyTango App
2. In the "Offers & Options" section, select Digital Press and activate the option
3. Read your publications in French, English, or Italian
4. Download your articles before travelling to access them offline

Practical tips before you travel

• Check your options in the MyTango App (Voyager World, Digital Press, etc.)
• Download your content (newspapers, music, etc.) before travelling
• Turn off mobile data if you have not subscribed to an option for usage outside Europe
• Enable MyTango notifications to receive usage alerts
