My PIN and PUK codes

PIN and PUK codes are security codes that protect your SIM card and personal data if your phone is lost or stolen.

They help verify the identity of the person using the SIM card.

⚠️ Important

If you enter an incorrect PIN code several times, your SIM card will be blocked.
You will then need your PUK code to unblock it.

Without the PUK code, you will not be able to use your line.
