Managing mobile call issues

Are you experiencing issues when making a call or when someone tries to call you?

Please follow the steps below.

Call quality can depend on several factors:

📱 Your SIM card

If you experience repeated issues, your SIM card may be faulty.
You can request a replacement SIM card at one of our stores.

Some stores are open on Sundays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, including Bascharage, Bettembourg (Cactus) and Foetz (Leclerc).

 

📲 Your mobile phone

We recommend turning your phone off and on from time to time to reset the network connection.

 

📍 Your location

Call quality may vary depending on where you are, for example :

  • Buildings with thick walls
  • Underground parking areas
  • Areas with weaker network coverage

If you have access to WiFi, you can enable WiFi Calling (VoWiFi) to improve call quality.

 

⚠️ Your line status

Your line may also be blocked in certain cases:

  • Lost or stolen device report
  • Unpaid invoice
  • Insufficient credit for prepaid customers
 
💡 Tango tip

Try inserting your SIM card into another phone and make a call.
This will help determine whether the issue comes from your phone or the network.
